Refund & Return Policy

At RankLogicHub, we stand behind the quality of our services. This policy outlines your rights and options regarding refunds for our digital services and software subscriptions.

Summary: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions if you're not satisfied. For ongoing service engagements, refunds are handled case-by-case based on deliverables completed.

1. SaaS Tool Subscriptions

Money-Back Guarantee

If you subscribe to any RankLogicHub plan (Starter, Pro, or Agency) and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. No questions asked.

Ongoing Subscriptions

After the 7-day period, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Done-For-You Services (SEO, Content, Development)

Before Work Begins

If you cancel a service engagement before any work has been started, you are entitled to a full refund of any upfront payment.

Work In Progress

If work has already begun, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed. We will provide an itemized breakdown of deliverables and associated costs.

Completed Deliverables

Once deliverables have been accepted and delivered (blog posts published, code deployed, SEO work implemented), those deliverables are considered final and are not eligible for refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • One-time setup fees and onboarding costs
  • Third-party tool licenses purchased on your behalf (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush credits)
  • Domain registration and hosting costs
  • Fees for work completed more than 30 days prior to the refund request

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@ranklogichub.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Order or invoice number
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days depending on your payment provider.

5. Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have an unresolved billing issue, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur fees that we will need to pass on in the event of a fraudulent dispute.
