Service Policy

This Service Policy governs how we deliver our services to clients. It covers scope of work, timelines, revisions, client responsibilities, and what you can expect when working with RankLogicHub.

1. Scope of Work

All service engagements begin with a written scope of work (SOW) or proposal. The SOW defines:

  • Specific deliverables and what is included/excluded
  • Timeline and milestones
  • Pricing and payment schedule
  • Success metrics and reporting cadence

Work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and requires written approval before commencement.

2. Delivery Timelines

Content Writing

  • Blog posts and articles: 3-5 business days per piece
  • Landing pages: 5-7 business days
  • Rush delivery (24-48 hours): available at a surcharge

SEO Services

  • Initial audit: delivered within 5 business days of onboarding
  • Monthly deliverables: delivered by the last business day of each month
  • Technical fixes: timeline depends on site complexity and client access

Web Development

  • Simple landing pages: 5-10 business days
  • Website builds (5-10 pages): 3-6 weeks
  • Complex web applications: timeline agreed in SOW

3. Revisions

Our revision policy by service type:

  • Content Writing: 2 rounds of revisions included per piece
  • SEO Reports: Corrections to data or errors corrected at no charge
  • Web Development: 2 rounds of revisions during the review stage; additional revisions billed at hourly rate

Revisions must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Revision requests must be specific and consolidated — one feedback document per round.

4. Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on both parties. Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing access to required tools, platforms, and accounts within 2 business days of onboarding
  • Reviewing and approving deliverables within 7 business days of submission
  • Providing timely feedback consolidated in a single document per revision round
  • Ensuring content/brand guidelines are shared before work begins

Delays caused by late client action may affect delivery timelines. We will communicate proactively if this happens.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, all deliverables (content, designs, code) created specifically for your project become your intellectual property. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Tools, frameworks, and third-party libraries used in development remain under their respective licenses.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, content strategy, or any proprietary information with third parties without your written consent.

7. Communication

Our standard communication channels are email and project management tools (Notion, ClickUp, or similar — agreed at onboarding). We respond to client messages within 1 business day during working hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm GMT+5).
